Tuna Festival 2025

The Rota do Atum festival celebrates the importance of tuna in the history and culture of Porto Santo and Madeira.
More than a festival, it is a tribute to the fish and local traditions. For four days, guest chefs, producers, and visitors come together to share flavors and knowledge.
The program includes workshops, showcookings, themed dinners, contests, and live entertainment. Highlights include the “Tuna Cutting Demo”, the “Flavors of Our Land” market, and dinners with chefs such as João Luz and Daniel Estriga.
The event also promotes sustainability, responsible fishing, and appreciation of local gastronomy.
